Shipments of $50 or more are Free to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico delivered by USPS (FedEx Smartpost). Shipments for less than $50, expedited shipments and shipments outside the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are detailed below. The free shipping and the free shipping dollar level are subject to change beginning with orders received after the policy is changed in this section.
Blowfish ships to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Your package will arrive via FedEx and please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends.
Shipments to Puerto Rico, P.O. Box will be shipped via FedEx Ground but delivered by the United States Postal Service. Deliveries to remote destinations might take up to 3 weeks.

Orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the next business day for Second Day and Next Day delivery. All shipping methods are not available for every shipping destination.
Items must be unworn and in new condition. Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the shipping date (see the Q&A section for additional time for returns and exchanges from November through January). Please allow up to 14 days to process your return and credit your account.
IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING SHOES OR HANDBAGS:
Exchanges are FREE!! Please note we may not always be able to fulfill your exchange request as our site is frequently updated with our newest product. If your exchange request is not in stock, then the order will be refunded for the full merchandise amount. The initial shipping charge will not be included in the refund. If the item you are exchanging for is more expensive, then we will contact you in order to charge the difference. As per our privacy policy (see here), we do not keep credit card information on file.
IF THE ITEM YOU ARE EXCHANGING FOR IS MORE OR LESS EXPENSIVE:
If the item is more expensive, the original amount (just the merchandise amount – shipping is not included) will be deducted from the price of the new item. We will then call you to charge the difference. If the item is less expensive, we will refund the difference to the original credit card you used when the purchase was made.
IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING BOOTIGHTS:
Bootights are only accepted for an exchange if they are still in their original packaging and are unworn, or if they are defective. Otherwise, we cannot accept exchanges due to sanitary reasons.
Items must be unworn and in new condition. Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the shipping date (see the Q&A section for additional time for returns and exchanges from November through January). Please allow up to 14 days to process your return and credit your account.
IF YOU ARE RETURNING SHOES OR HANDBAGS:
There is an $8.50 merchandise processing fee that will be deducted from your refund. Please also note that shipping is non-refundable. The amount refunded back into your account is calculated by taking the merchandise amount and subtracting the $8.50 (do not include what you paid for shipping). Shipping charges will not be refunded, and are not included when calculating the refund.
IF YOU ARE RETURNING BOOTIGHTS:
Bootights are only accepted back if they are unworn and still inside the original packaging or defective. Any open, worn or washed Bootights will not be accepted. If you have any questions about returning Bootights or have a defective pair, please call our Customer Service number (877) 725-6934.
OPTION 1
Please use the enclosed FedEx return label and bring your return items to a FedEx Authorized Ship Center or FedEx Kinko's. To find a FedEx location, visit www.fedex.com/us or call 1.800.GOFEDEX (1.800.463.3339). The FedEx label cannot be used for shipments outside of the U.S.
OPTION 2
If you do not have access to a FedEx shipping center, you can pre-pay your postage at any post office or parcel shipping location and send your return/exchange merchandise back to us at:

SHIPPING TO CANADA
We offer one shipping option for orders shipping to Canada:
UPS Economy Canada: $19.95 for up to five pairs per order (About 5-10 business days). If you are placing an order with more than five pairs, please call our customer service line for a quote. Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, brokerage and any other fees assessed by the Canadian government. Any duties, taxes, brokerage or additional fees incurred are not included in the shipping costs. If you have any questions on how much this will be, please call UPS Canada at 800-263-8125 for further information.
We cannot calculate the taxes, duties and brokerage fees since the fees vary per shipment depending on what was shipped and its worth. You can find additional information by visiting the Canada Border Services Agency
Canadian customers must remember to note that shipping costs are charged to cover the expense of delivery only.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
If you need to return merchandise to us please send items back to us at the address below using any traceable shipping method. Please note that if you do not use a shipping method we can track, your return or exchange back may take longer to process and if your package gets lost we cannot trace how this may have happened. Once we receive the package we will promptly process your return or exchange. We do not accept COD returns.

REFUNDS FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
Customers returning items that are unworn and in new condition within the 30 day return policy will be refunded the merchandise value back onto their credit card. We do not refund shipping costs associated with the order. We also do not refund any duty, taxes and additional fees associated with the order. Your refund will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate.
EXCHANGES FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
Customers returning items back for an exchange will not be refunded for any shipping costs associated with the order. A $4.99 restocking and handling fee will be charged for exchange orders. Blowfish will ship the exchange order back to the customer at no cost, but the customer will be responsible for any duty, taxes and additional fees upon delivery. If there is a merchandise value difference this will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate.

Yes, we do, using FedEx Smart Post. FedEx will deliver the package to the post office, and then the U.S. Postal Service takes over delivery directly to the P.O. box.
Orders placed before 1PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1PM EST will be shipped the following day.

You will receive an email confirming when your package has shipped, and it will have a FedEx tracking number. Visit www.fedex.com to track your order.
Please contact us by telephone at 1-877-725-6934 as soon as possible, and we might be able to change the shipping address before it is sent out. If you wait too long to contact us, the package will have already shipped and we will not be able to intercept it.
If you ship your return via FedEx, we receive notification that you are sending your items back to us. We then need to wait for the items to arrive in our warehouse so that they can be inspected by our returns processing team. Once your items arrive and pass inspection, you will be credited back if it was just a return, minus the $8.50 processing fee. If you are exchanging for an item of the same amount as your original order, then the exchange is free. If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, then we will contact you to charge the difference. You will be refunded any difference, if you exchange for a less expensive item.
Your refunded is processed after the items are inspected, and it should appear in your account within 3-5 business days.
If your items are defective, you can return or exchange them. If our returns team determines that the items were indeed defective, you will not be charged the $8.50 processing fee.
No, we can only accept unworn returns. We recommend trying your shoes on while standing on carpet to protect the outsole in case you do want an exchange or refund. Handbags must be in like new condition along with all the original packaging. We cannot accept Bootights for health reasons-the only exception is if the Bootights are defective.
You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your order. If you wish to exchange your merchandise, we recommend that you send your items back to us as soon as possible. If you wait too long, there is a chance that we may have sold out of your desired exchange item. Our inventory is frequently updated so that it is current and seasonal, so things do not remain on the website for a very long time. You can also purchase the item you want from our website and then contact us with the new order number. We will waive the processing fee when your return order reaches us.
Pre orders are reservations for items that are not yet in our warehouse. We offer this so that our Blowfish Shoes customers are the first to get our newest styles. We will ship these goods to customers once the items are available at our warehouse. The expected ship date will be located on each product's detail page. When you place your pre order, your card will be authorized for the amount of the transaction but not yet charged. You will be charged for the order on the day your pre order ships. If you have an order that has an item/s ready and in addition a pre order item, then you will be charged fully when your ready items ship. Yes, our policy will change for the Holidays. Any merchandise purchased after November 15, 2011 will be eligible for a return or exchange until January 30, 2012. This will be done in order to accommodate everyone who received Blowfish merchandise as a gift and needs to exchange for another size, color or style. After January 30, 2012, our Holiday policy will revert to its original 30 day exchange/return arrangement.
California Prop 65 Warning
In 1986, California enacted the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act. This came to be known as Prop 65. Any company that sells, manufactures or operates in California is subject to Prop 65. This means Prop 65 applies to Blowfish.
There are around 850 elements that the California Air Resources Board considers harmful or toxic. These elements include lead, brass, PVC and many other elements. Many of the elements listed in Prop 65 are commonly used in everyday items and other elements are rarely, if ever, used. Blowfish is continually testing the materials used in our products to do what we can to ensure our products are compliant with California Prop 65. However, the list of elements considered harmful is constantly changing, proving it difficult to keep track of every element used in manufacturing.
In order to avoid any penalties associated with Prop 65, Blowfish has decided to warn customers about the possible dangers from products.
Keep in mind, this does not necessarily mean that our products will not cause you harm if used as designed.
