Shipping Policy:

Blowfish ships to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We have now switched over to FedEx Smartpost shipping service. Your package will ship from our warehouse via FedEx and arrive at your residence via USPS. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends. Blowfish Shoes offers free shipping over $50, any order for merchandise over $50 will ship to the customer for free.

Exchange Policy:

Items must be unworn and in new condition. Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the shipping date (see the Q&A section for additional time for returns and exchanges from November through January). Please allow up to 14 days to process your return and credit your account. Clearance items are all final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds or store credit will be issued on clearance items.

IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING SHOES OR HANDBAGS:

Exchanges are FREE!! Please note we may not always be able to fulfill your exchange request as our site is frequently updated with our newest product. If your exchange request is not in stock, then the order will be refunded for the full merchandise amount. The initial shipping charge will not be included in the refund. If the item you are exchanging for is more expensive, then we will contact you in order to charge the difference. As per our privacy policy (see here), we do not keep credit card information on file.

IF THE ITEM YOU ARE EXCHANGING FOR IS MORE OR LESS EXPENSIVE:

If the item is more expensive, the original amount (just the merchandise amount – shipping is not included) will be deducted from the price of the new item. We will then call you to charge the difference. If the item is less expensive, we will refund the difference to the original credit card you used when the purchase was made.

Return Policy:

IF YOU ARE RETURNING SHOES OR HANDBAGS:

There is an $8.50 merchandise processing fee that will be deducted from your refund. Please also note that shipping is non-refundable. The amount refunded back into your account is calculated by taking the merchandise amount and subtracting the $8.50 (do not include what you paid for shipping). Shipping charges will not be refunded, and are not included when calculating the refund.

Shipping your Return or Exchange:

OPTION 1
Please use the enclosed FedEx return label and bring your return items to a FedEx Authorized Ship Center or FedEx Kinko's. To find a FedEx location, visit www.fedex.com/us or call 1.800.GOFEDEX (1.800.463.3339). The FedEx label cannot be used for shipments outside of the U.S.

OPTION 2
If you do not have access to a FedEx shipping center, you can pre-pay your postage at any post office or parcel shipping location and send your return/exchange merchandise back to us at:

Please Note:
We will not be able to track your package if it is not sent via FedEx. We do not refund shipping if a method other than our FedEx prepaid shipping label is used.

International Shipping Information:

Blowfish Shoes has partnered with International Checkout in order to offer international shipping to our global fans! When checking out, choose the International Checkout option. You can view your total cost, including taxes and duties before placing your order. Once you've placed an order, International Checkout will handle all your Customer Service needs, including tracking and order confirmations.

*Please note: International orders are not elegible for free shipping or coupon codes.

International Checkout will display the prices in your local currency, but if a conversion is not available, the price will show in US Dollars.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates vary and depend on the package's destination.

SHIPPING TIMES
Blowfish ships international orders once a week, on Thursdays. We recommend entering your order before Thursdays, in order to ensure your package is shipped the same week. Orders placed after Thursday will ship the following week on Thursday. Orders entered Thursday after 2 PM Pacific Standard Time will not ship until the following week, please try to place your order before then to ensure the earliest delivery time.

How Do I Know My Shoe Size?

If you are unsure of your shoe size , you can measure and convert your shoe size here.

Do you ship to APO's?

Yes we can ship to APO's, but you'll have to choose the International Checkout option.

How long will it take to ship my order after it's been placed?

Orders placed before 2PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be shipped the following day.

How long does it take to ship international orders?

International orders may take up to a week to ship. This is because we ship all international orders once a week. Delivery takes from 5-8 business days.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email confirming when your package has shipped, and it will have a FedEx tracking number. Visit www.fedex.com to track your order.

Wait! I entered the wrong shipping address for my order! What do I do?

Please contact us by telephone at 1-877-725-6934 as soon as possible, and we might be able to change the shipping address before it is sent out. If you wait too long to contact us, the package will have already shipped and we will not be able to intercept it.

What is the basic return process?

If you ship your return via FedEx, we receive notification that you are sending your items back to us. We then need to wait for the items to arrive in our warehouse so that they can be inspected by our returns processing team. Once your items arrive and pass inspection, you will be credited back if it was just a return, minus the $8.50 processing fee. If you are exchanging for an item of the same amount as your original order, then the exchange is free. If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, then we will contact you to charge the difference. You will be refunded any difference, if you exchange for a less expensive item.

Can I return clearance items?

We’re sorry, no you cannot! Clearance items are all final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds or store credit will be issued on clearance items.

How long does it take for my refund to show up in my account?

Your refunded is processed after the items are inspected, and it should appear in your account within 3-5 business days.

What happens if my items are defective?

If your items are defective, you can return or exchange them. If our returns team determines that the items were indeed defective, you will not be charged the $8.50 processing fee.

Can I return items after I've worn them?

No, we can only accept unworn returns. We recommend trying your shoes on while standing on carpet to protect the outsole in case you do want an exchange or refund. Handbags must be in like new condition along with all the original packaging. We cannot accept Bootights for health reasons-the only exception is if the Bootights are defective.

How long can I wait to return or exchange my order?

You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your order. If you wish to exchange your merchandise, we recommend that you send your items back to us as soon as possible. If you wait too long, there is a chance that we may have sold out of your desired exchange item. Our inventory is frequently updated so that it is current and seasonal, so things do not remain on the website for a very long time. You can also purchase the item you want from our website and then contact us with the new order number. We will waive the processing fee when your return order reaches us.

How do pre orders work?

Pre orders are reservations for items that are not yet in our warehouse. We offer this so that our Blowfish Shoes customers are the first to get our newest styles. We will ship these goods to customers once the items are available at our warehouse. The expected ship date will be located on each product's detail page. When you place your pre order, your card will be authorized for the amount of the transaction but not yet charged. You will be charged for the order on the day your pre order ships. If you have an order that has an item/s ready and in addition a pre order item, then you will be charged fully when your ready items ship. What is your price adjustment policy?

Blowfish will honor a onetime price adjustment for items purchased only on Blowfishshoes.com. All of the following conditions must apply:

  • The item(s) purchased must have been offered at a lower price within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Item(s) purchased using a coupon code or with a discount are not eligible.
  • Item(s) purchased from a sale or clearance category are not eligible.
  • Blowfish does not match prices of other retailers or online stores.

Do you offer price matching?

We do not offer price matching at this time.

Will the exchange/return policy change for the holidays, 2014?

Yes, our policy will change for the Holidays. Any merchandise purchased after November 15, 2014 will be eligible for a return or exchange until January 30, 2015. This will be done in order to accommodate everyone who received Blowfish merchandise as a gift and needs to exchange for another size, color or style. After January 30, 2015, our Holiday policy will revert to its original 30 day exchange/return arrangement.

What is California prop 65 and what does Blowfish shoes do about it?

California Prop 65 Warning

In 1986, California enacted the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act. This came to be known as Prop 65. Any company that sells, manufactures or operates in California is subject to Prop 65. This means Prop 65 applies to Blowfish.

There are around 850 elements that the California Air Resources Board considers harmful or toxic. These elements include lead, brass, PVC and many other elements. Many of the elements listed in Prop 65 are commonly used in everyday items and other elements are rarely, if ever, used. Blowfish is continually testing the materials used in our products to do what we can to ensure our products are compliant with California Prop 65. However, the list of elements considered harmful is constantly changing, proving it difficult to keep track of every element used in manufacturing.

In order to avoid any penalties associated with Prop 65, Blowfish has decided to warn customers about the possible dangers from products.

Keep in mind, this does not necessarily mean that our products will not cause you harm if used as designed.

Does Blowfish shoes have coupon code policy?

Not only does Blowfish.com have the largest and most diverse collection of Blowfish shoes, but we also offer them at competitive prices. And if that wasn’t enough, we still offer coupon codes! The coupon codes we offer cannot be combined, meaning that only one coupon code can be used per order.

International orders are not elegible for coupon code use or free shipping promotions.

Can i apply another coupon code to my exchange?

Exchanges are not eligible for coupon code discounts.
